Conservation Rancher of the Year for Region 5

Mr. Oren Soules was presented with Resident Conservation Rancher of the Year Award for Region 5 at 2004 Area Awards Banquet in Stephenville, Texas.  He was Mills County Resident Conservation Rancher of the year for 2003
